Abosede Akinpade, a Clinical Psychologist who specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and managing mental, emotional, and behavioral health.

Her interests include working with children, teens, adults, couples, families, diagnostic assessments, and organizations. She applies a broad range of psychological techniques such as cognitive behavioral, cognitive processing, dialectical behavioral, and eclectic approaches in the psychotherapy and counseling processes and has recorded tremendous successes. With this specialized training, she has successfully treated and managed a range of psychological disorders like Anxiety, Depression, Psychosis, Addictions (substance, gambling, pornography, masturbation, etc.), and other emotional disorders. With over 10 years of clinical experience, she has worked with individuals, groups, families, companies, and LGBT communities. She has delivered lectures with undergraduate, radio, and television programs, churches, and organizations speaking on mental health topics and also facilitated and managed trauma in internally displaced persons.

Abosede holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ibadan and a bachelor's degree from the Lagos State University Nigeria. Additionally, she has a dual certification from the University of Washington in leadership and Management and Global Mental health. She is a member of the Nigerian Association of Clinical Psychologists, the American Association of Clinical Psychologists, the Global Women Network, and the International Society of Substance Use Professionals.
