Service Description

Anxiety is ubiquitous and it is normal for individuals to have an optimal level of anxiety about their day-to-day living. However, if this anxiety content includes worry about personal goals and concerns, health, relationships, finances, other aspects of their lives, work or school, and interpersonal relationships then it is a cause for concern and could result in more serious mental health issues which can quickly spiral out of control. Anxiety can also be experienced in a social setting (social phobia), Panic attacks which include palpitation, agoraphobia, specific phobias, Generalized anxiety (worry), and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

With specialized training in treating anxiety, I have treated these cases using a variety of psychological techniques such as CBT, DBT, RLT, CPT, ERP, etc. and have recorded tremendous successes. if you or a loved one experience any of these, contact me.
